Gunpowder explosion
Gunpowder is fired from a gun (expressed with metal meshes springing up from the ground covered in black gravel) –> it reaches a thick double curved brick wall (all the original houses on the site were encircled with a brick blast wall in order to prevent a potential explosion from spreading) and punches a hole in it ( windows are scattered to the sides as a consequence of the explosion whereas at the back of the building, organized in the shape of sound waves evoking the noise)–> white concrete walls splay under the pressure in various directions and represent the cloud of smoke –> some of the end concrete walls are reproduced in timber and set further apart from the building ( like wooden pieces from the original buildings flying in the air) –> since the building buried in the ground, it symbolically creates a crater from which the garden slopes up. It is organized in pressure waves that are wider as the magnitude of the explosion decreases (only low plants in this area) until the whole process terminates (marked by wooden door hypothetically expelled from the passage creating a passage through it) and the vertical woodland garden starts.
